The exercises, I'm not sure about. There may be Kegels for your ass, but I couldn't find any. As for the losing control part, you shouldn't have that happen unless you just fist night after night. Give everything a few days to contract back to normal before you stick anything back in there. If you feel like you're losing control, wait a few more days and then try again.
