Me and my girlfriend have had anal a couple times with out a condom. She hasn't said anything about there being an issue when I cum inside of her. In my curiosity, does this harm here in anyway besides the STD/STI fact?
Cum in the ass has no negative side effects for her. You, however, may get an infection because your dick is rubbing around in her left over fecal matter. It may cut down the sensitivity a lot, but wearing a condom will help ensure the safety of your penis. You should try to wear one in the future, but no, she won't be harmed from cum in the butt.

r u sure it will have no effects when a guy cums in the ass of a chick?
the only danger is if you're infected with HIV, etc. and she develops a scratch, tear or cut in her ass. From what I've read, at least. I'm not a doctor.
