I think if you contacted the film makers they would tell you it's all about editing. It wont have been filmed in one complete shot, it'll all be stop start, stop start. So therefore i imagine they wash in between each scenario. They wouldn't put their health at risk. But like Heaven says who knows for sure :-)

You obviously don't watch much anal porn. There's tons of ATM anal porn that is just that, and not done through editing. Run a basic search anywhere and you'll find endless amounts. That and anal is so common now, and so is porn, that out of the literally thousands of us girls who try to get into the biz each year it isn't like every movie is "professional" and everyone uses cleaners and enemas. back to the original question: They clean the ass usually with a douche before any of that action. reduces the risk immensly (but not totally). I once heard that some people even use mild cleaning solutions (like mild mouthwash) beforehand. that is why you never see any poo or santorum in porn videos.

Ridiculous... I hate this sort of thing, some mug who clearly doesn't know what they're talking about taking the high ground on the basis of "having been here longer". If you're going to give advice on something like this, make sure you have your facts straight. Like others have said, I have seen LOADS of ATM porn which is 100% NOT edited out of sequence; the girls have just cleaned out beforehand and are kinky (or desperate) enough to take it in the mouth straight after the brownhole.
