Well I admit I've done it a few times I was especially horny. And I know some of my friends who like anal do it. Never heard of getting sick but I suppose it is possible. Can you get sick from your own germs?

That may be. Again, only going on my own experiences, and those of friends who are close enough with me to share the weird little sex things in their lives with me ha. And since I, nor they, have ever gotten sick from it, I have to think it's probably not much different than the risks anyone takes going out in public during the cold and flu season.
