all i can speak of from experience was unprotected anal sex. i was VERY lucky and never had anything go wrong, but for the woman, very little harm can be done from anal sex.
I wouldn't recommend it. There is not much of a risk for the woman, but the man's member could get infected if something goes wrong. A condom helps you slide in better anyway, and it makes for easy cleanup. Win win if you ask me.
