In theory, those muscles always contract back to their original form, just like vaginal muscles do. I wouldn't be surprised if someone said otherwise though. As long as the play wasn't all day everyday and the body had a chance to relax again, I don't see any issues. I'll be anxious to hear if someone has had some sort of diaper experience though :)
