the head of my penis is very sensitive where i cant masturbate diriectly to the head with my hands, i have to use my foreskin, is this normal for the head to be that sensitive?

Your head should be sensitive, yes, and I imagine some are more sensitive than others. Circumcision will help you last longer during sex because it will decrease your sensitivity, but if it isn't necessary, you may regret it later. I'd just take that as an excuse to cum multiple times and call it a day :)
