Some women can get pleasure from it in theory, but most don't. I have orgasmed during anal, but that was from simultaneous clit play. In other words, I got off from my clit, not my ass. I wouldn't worry about it being one sided though. Just be sure to focus on her needs too. Maybe go down on her before you mount her so she gets to have some fun too.
