Sex Tip

This opens up a whole slew of controversial issues, not the least of which is privacy.  When getting a divorce, you are given a binder full of questions from the opposing side asking for all kinds of things, from your bank account and credit card statements, to a full accounting of when you go to the bathroom and how many times a day.  But, should the opposite side be able to visit your Facebook page and see what you have been up to?

Of course, if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to worry about, but what if you use your twitter to tweet out negatives about your soon to be ex in 140 characters or less?  Or, perhaps you are having a bad day and write about how your kids are driving you insane.  Take heed, because now those things can and will be used against you in a court of law.
