Well if she told you she came, she doesn't have a problem with you doing the same. As for how you can know when she's doing it, I'm assuming you guys are having a sex chat? I don't see you just randomly masturbating, which is why I asked. If you are in the middle of that, you may just mention that you're doing it and see how she reacts. Don't straight ask if she is because that will be weird.
