Haha, the clarification that you are a guy does change things. See my other answer for the response to the moaning. The moaning is still pretty standard regardless of gender, but the cumming part changes. The amount of cum that you produce will lessen as you continue to masturbate, and eventually it is possible for nothing or very little to come out. I wouldn't go very far beyond that point though as the next step may be blood or something equally off putting coming out of your penis. If nothing is coming out, that should be your indication to stop before you hurt yourself. Multiple orgasms with a man though is highly common, and it is a good tool for couples who have difficulty having sex due to premature ejaculation. Jerk it once before you go into the bedroom and you'll be able to last a lot longer.
