I suppose there is a risk of it being labeled as public indecency, but I think the main issue will be the embarrassment that you will suffer if someone finds out. Masturbating in class is probably the most embarrassing thing to be caught doing, but then again, that's what makes it exciting. It's sort of the equivalent of giving a guy a hand job in a movie theater or something. Will they make you see a psychologist? I doubt it, but that depends on your school.
