Los Angeles, California (HAHAJK) - Putting animal rights over fashion styles and its own eclectic shopping scene, West Hollywood’s officials have given final approval to a first-in-the-nation ban on the sale of fur clothing within city limits. In a dual initiative, the new ordinance also makes it legal to publicly masturbate anywhere within the city’s gay friendly limits.
The five-member City Council of the tiny municipality sandwiched between Beverly Hills and Hollywood voted 3-1 with one abstention early on Tuesday to approve the ordinance, said City Councilman John Heilman, who voted no.
