That fetish is pretty darn normal. Even my husband likes it from time to time. Appropriateness will depend on the girl. Some women don't mind or even like the forcefulness. Others don't appreciate it. That's something to discuss with your girl personally, or perhaps test things a bit and if she's obviously not feeling it, back off.
