My guy gets off to me licking his balls. I don't know what it is, but it drives him insane. Recently though, probably because we have been together for a while, he is not as clean. I try and go down there and get so grossed out I could gag. To make matters worse he is not completely shaved so I don't like going down in that area in the first place. What can I say so that I don't hurt his feelings?

Yeah some guys really like the ball licking thing. Personally, I think it tickles, but that's neither here nor there.
To answer your question: Tell him you like pleasing him, but if he doesn't take care of himself down there, you're not going to do it. I guarantee you he will put more of an effort into his lower-level hygiene. No man is stupid enough to purposely jeopardize consistent head.
Unfortunately when a guy gets a girlfriend, he often forgets to bring his A-game. After a month or two with a girl, the A-game often becomes the B-game, and depending on some relationships, the B-game can turn into the C-game, and so on. Make sure your man is keeping his A-game. No one likes smelly balls, and there's no reason for you to have to tolerate it. In terms of the pubic hair, I suggest you take a shower with him and offer to shave his area for him, and make sure he keeps the trend. But be careful with that razor...

Try joking around with him and casually mention "sweaty balls". I'm comfortable with my boyfriend so I joke around about how he's been outside all day and how the hot weather made his balls all sweaty. We make dirty jokes about "salty balls" and we both have a laugh about it. That way we both acknowledge that he is kind of gross down there and there's no need for either of us to feel embarrassed or hurt because we said it as a joke. In the end I offer to take a shower with him together or he just goes and does it on his own. Joking about how his balls are sweaty will make him realize that his balls really are sweaty.

Well if you love him then he should understand cuz it either hygiene or sickness or try to ease him to taking showers daily with you or try to get him to sweat and get him to take a shower and tell him to wash everywhere
