Hi Vince and Heavenwatcher, actually have to make one quick correction if that's ok.
The foreskin should retract behind the Sulcus (rim of the head) during intercourse and expose the Glans (head) of the penis in most instances unless the foreskin is a little tight.
Generally, an uncircumcised penis tends to be more sensitive than a circumcised one as the Glans (which is the most sensitive part) is covered most of the time and is not exposed to cloth and friction.
