I've been dating my current boyfriend for a couple months now and he wants to move oral sex into the deep throat stage. We dated in high school for a while (over a decade ago!), so we had some previous experience together and are both completely comfortable with each other sexually. Best thing to do is practice pushing the penis back as far as possible and then just using the tongue to move up and down. That won't be pushing on your gag reflexes, so you'll be able to keep the dick in there longer. Do that for a few blow jobs, and slowly you'll be able to get it further and further back. In time, you should be able to start moving up and down while the dick is deep in there. If you can't use him, use a dildo that's roughly the same size. It'll take some time, but eventually, we all get there :)
