Hmmm, not entirely sure if there are acids in your mouth that would kill the sperm or not. If so, then it's an obvious no. Even still, the semen mouthed woman likely wouldn't get her mixture of spit and sperm in the other girl's vagina to get close to the egg. The little swimmers would have a long way to travel. It just seems unlikely overall.
