Most women like being dominant, so really all you have to do is ask. Just say that her being in control is a big turn on for you, and that it will make you better during oral sex. Like I said, most women will like that. She may come back with something that she would like you to do. Respect that and reap the rewards.

Talk to her about it an tell her what you'll get from it.
If she is a larger girl she may feel insecure at first and possibly for a few times after so all you can do is reassure her its exactly what you want.
