Only the head really matters for stimulation, the rest is basically just psychological. Concentration your sucking on the head, making sure to get as much as the shaft in as you can comfortable do once in a wile. Then kis the shaft from the side in big, wet, juicey suck-kisses, moving down the length of the shaft one "kiss" at a time. This could then lead to ball play before moving back up the shaft and continuing with the head. That should drive him wild. Have fun and make sure to enjoy it (or at least look like you are).
