My GF had a cold sore the other day and now I am very worried that she has A) been cheating on me and B) has increased my chances of getting one of these things on my face or even my penis. I don't know what to do about it. Should I say something to her or just let it slide and everything will clear up as will my chances for receiving some non coldsore oral sex soon again.

You should really do some research on cold-sores and what causes them. Educate yourself before you jump to conclusions and myths.

By now I'm sure the cold sore is gone. They're very common and contagious, usually contracted from kissing, to even oral sex. Hopefully the both of you did not kiss while she had it or she didn't perform oral sex on you. With proper treatment ranging from avoiding sunlight exposure, acidic foods, and washing her hands frequently, it should have been gone within a couple of weeks. If for whatever reason you believe she contracted it from another person, then you need to communicate your concern to her.
