only if the guy has std's and even then there's only like 1 or 2 types of std's that even transfer orally, and even then you have to have an open wound in ur mouth. don't worry too much. suck away!

ummm there are many many diseases that can transfer through oral. not just 1 or 2. tons. not all of them may fall under STD per say, but anything number of illnesses can be transferred. caution, always caution
