top tips:
- if you are a beginner, you will get less sensitive as you get more used to sex and you will last longer automatically
- jerk off before sex (30 min - 1h), the so during sex it takes you longer
- use a condom to reduce sensitivity (and prevent pregnancy, STDs etc)
- use the stop technique when jerking off: stop right before you come, wait a little and repeat it works as a training and will make you last longer
- during sex, maybe give your girl/guy some oral, giving you time to cool down and pleases the other side immensely
