I actually have to factor it into my preparations. I'm blessed to be small enough that I don't have to tuck and I've conditioned myself to express arousal in more feminine ways (secretions but I only get erections under the most extreme of circumstances), but unless I stretch it out and tape it down it sits above my panty shield.
