That is a long time. You may have some sort of sensitivity issue, but I'm far from the health care professional to tell you that. If it feels good and just lasts awhile, you may have a low semen level. Again though, I'm no professional. I'd talk to your doctor about the problems and see if you might be able to take some medication to get things coming out faster.
