No, it's not true. I think it would be hard to hump with your knees fully bent, but I'm pretty darn sure cum would flow in that situation. Precum alone can get your girl pregnant though, so it's important to always use protection regardless of the situation. I sound like a teen sex ed movie now, but it's serious advice.
