My girlfriend starts foreplaying and teasing me again and again even after i have orgasms. This happens when i'm tired of it all and i'm not interested to go for it again, her foreplay forces me to have erection and thereby other orgasm one after other.
After this happens about 3 or 4 times i get a very uncomfortable sensation in my penis, i can not describe the exact feeling but its very uncomfortable and frustrating, it feels something like i have a clot in my penis.
She continues to do foreplay on me even after she gets an orgasm (she tells me that she gets orgasms) and she does not stop it even if i tell not to do it.
Now why does this happen? Is she not satisfied or is it some problem with me? Is there a way to get out of this without hurting her? What is the exact reason for the uncomfortable feeling that i get?
Pls Advise..

Actually females has no refractory period or a time where its body rest to respond to any sexual stimulation while we males do have them with an average of almost twenty minutes and gets long as we grow old. Our sexual organs and our body will respond poorly during our "refractory period" since a hormone released during male ejaculation stops a certain chemical like dopamine which is responsible for sexual arousal. you may feel any discomforts on your second or third since the blood rushes into the penis abruptly stretching some of the muscles in our penis. It is normal actually if you feel them for a short time but if it persists and goes more painful it is better to stop or seek medical attention. you may actually experiencing Priapism which is painful... Sex has no recommended attempts a day or a week but you should also consider your body if it can still go for another round. Hope my comment helps.

I suggest explaining to her the pain you're experiencing and having sex fewer times. The only way to find out if she is not satisfied is by asking her. Communicate your concerns and hopefully you can come to a less painful compromise. The discomfort you're experiencing is probably due to the friction, which may be causing irritation. If this persists you should see a doctor.
