Because of his small size, it might be easier for you to reach orgasm in the seated position; you sitting on top of him, both of you facing each other. You are still riding him and have most of the control, and the position will allow him to penetrate deeper. Demanding he spank, bite you, etc. will allow him to be more involved and make you feel dominant if you're the one telling him to do so. Good luck!
