Does she have any toys? If a vibrator won't even get her off, she may be lacking some sensitivity. Zinc is supposed to help with that, and Don Quia and Maca root will help if she has a hormonal imbalance. That's mostly for libido though, which she seemingly has if she's all wet for you.
