Should I stay or should I go?

Question

My boyfriend and I have been together around 6 months or so. I live with him, and I love him; but I don't feel him like I used to. Before I moved in, we were great! He always wanted to be around me, he loved to talk about anything and everything, any time. But now I'm constantly ignored for his Xbox while he plays COD. I'm sick of sitting by myself all the time being lonely and depressed. I've told him how I feel, and he said he'd fix the situation. He was good for two days before he settled back into his normal habits. My best friend says I should just leave. But I don't know if I'm just willing to give up quit yet. I don't know what else to do.

ok, i'll say what i think you should do- leave. no if's, and's, but's, or butt's.......just leave. physically, NOT emotionally! just move out, don't break up! your problem actually comes from 'ease of access'! since you moved in, he doesn't have to make much effort with you!

GG · Have to agree with Adrian here. Move out and see if he makes more of an effort with you. If he doesn't, then you have your answer.

to be honest this is going to be one of those situations where everyone is going to give you different answers on what to do. but in the end there YOUR feelings and you have to decide if hes worth it.

He won't know what he has until he doesn't have it anymore... That sucks for you I know but if you are not happy with the current... And you have spoken to him... Doesn't leave much else as an option.

If you really told him how you feel ( the loneliness, neglect and the subsequent depression ) and he did break the habit for a couple days, then I'd say wait a couple weeks and see if he keeps putting aside a couple days for just the two of you, but if two weeks or a month go's by and he hasn't put any days aside, then I think you should leave. I dated a gamer chick my senior year ( world of warcraft and N64) and it was really boring and I got ignored too, although she did like role play in the bedroom, but even then there were some strange fantasies I just couldn't play out.

Adrian ( Resident A-hole) · pussy.....=P..... u saying there were some fantasies you couldn't man up to?......pussy.....=P

cleverKAL

cleverKAL · Haha no Adrian, it wasnt like that, just stuff that wasnt turning me on but I did anyway, to make her happy. Like world of warcraft lingo, and another fantasy that involved dressing up like Mario and that princess, that was a little strange, she looked too much like a 14 year old with the makeup and blonde wig.

Adrian ( Resident A-hole) · still, i gotta say pussy........=P........then again, i'm NOT picky, so........

cleverKAL

cleverKAL · Haha hey man, I got my standards and when a girl looks that young ( intentionally, or unintentionally ) I lose a little chub.

Adrian ( Resident A-hole)

Adrian ( Resident A-hole) · i've got essentially NO standards! but ur right, looking like a youngster is definitely a 'no-no'!
