when I have sex with my wife I feel extreme pain on my penis.
The pain starts when I want to push my penis inside her lovely hole. The skin covering my penis's head does not open and that cause so much pain.
Please help me, what should I do for stratching my skin.

Your penis pain could stem from a variety of reasons. Since you mentioned scratching, it might be due to eczema or even psoriases on the skin of your penis. If the pain is only when pushing inside her initially, then perhaps she is too tight and you need to use a lubricant. Lastly, I have heard of a male disorder called Peryronie's disease, which causes the bending of the penis...I suggest seeing a doctor asap if the pain persists - good luck!
