So, my girlfriend and I like to keep things interesting beyond the realms of your ordinary intercourse. She is ok with a lot of things that other girls I have been with would not approve of. One area, however, that we have not explored, is the anus. Often times instead of using my penis to stimulate her vagina I use other, less appreciated instruments such as my tongue and fingers-she loves this. I too enjoy the feeling of pleasing her without using my penis but am left with a free hand most of the time. This hand poses a problem to me as when I look at it, I see five more digits of sexual exploration yearning to be used to their full potential . My goal would be to stick a few fingers or even a thumb in her anus while performing on her vagina with my tongue or other hand. I am very nervous though as to how this would work out and what could be the consequences of such an action. I have never had anal intercourse before but have heard many a horror story of things gone awry. Basically, my question boils down to "is it ok to stick an arbitrary thumb in the back-door once and awhile?"

Without warning, that's usually a turnoff. If you've talked about anal before and she seems okay with it, then you can test the waters. Otherwise, I wouldn't do so unless she knows something about it. A finger in the ass isn't a pleasant surprise most of the time. If she is open, then by all means you can shove your finger in there, your dick, your tongue, or whatever. You've just gotta know your girl will be all for it.
