Yeah, but, it's also any person's personal prerogative... If they don't know there are such risks (or other dangers) in meeting & meating strangers now, they shouldn't be on the Interwebs.

There are lots of places to meet submissive women to have sex with. Alt is a good one. However, I truly doubt that you will meet anyone who wants to have sex with you if are simply out looking to have one night stands with many girls. Perhaps you meet just one submissive girl & have lots of sex with her? That way, you can both get tested pre-sex & be certain that you are safe.
Sleeping around is definitely not the the thing to do if you want to live a long life. Condoms aren't going to save your life. Questions like this make me wonder if people are just really not paying attention to the world around them.

Its extremely common though. At least half the guys you walk past on the street are probably like that, if not more than half. It is in many ways the most common shared experience amongst men, though often papered over by bravado or geekiness (depending on what kind of guy he is) so they don't have to think about it all the time. As Satre said "most men lead lives of quiet desperation" and he wasn't kidding about the 'men' part.
