if your a bigger person, how do you look smaller and wouldn't your partner notice durring intercorse? I'm bigger, i have been trying to lose weight for a while now, it's just not working, do you have any tips on weight loss, and what can i do about my weight for now? Please help!

im not a skinny person and in the past have had confidence problems during sex due to that. now i dont! i havent lost weight ive just realised that men notice how your built before you take your clothes off, therefore if he likes the look of you while your dressed chances are he wont give it a second thought when youre naked. men can be pretty one dimentional creatures in as much as he probably wont be bothered what you look like when hes getting what he wants and hopefully what you want too!
many women are under the misconception that all men like size 8 girls, when it simply isnt true! many men like a woman to look like a woman which means curves and something to get hold of. yes the vast majority of porn films show this really muscular guy throwing a barbie esque girl around the bedroom which looks good on camera but doesnt necessarily mean that we should all look like that. dont forget porn films also show oral sex which looks good on camera but in reality if you did it like that wouldnt necessarily be earth shattering.
having said all that if youre still not convinced by what ive said, which i know can be hard, if you really are self conscious there are a few things that can make you feel less so. people always look slimmer with a tan so why not go to a salon for a spray tan or even buy a bottle and do it yourself? have your hair done and do a manicure and pedicure. invest in some really sexy underwear or slips that you could keep on during sex or even have sex in candlelight. you dont always need to be able to see everything to have fun! :-)

I think GudGirl hit this nail on the head! Well said GudGurl! Men like women of all shapes and sizes and most of them can tell what you look like with your clothes on. The men that I know have a huge range of physical likes and dislikes. Some are very much into women that have more meat on their bones and then some like women that are skinny as can be.
The important thing to remember is to stay confident and make yourself feel sexy. Invest in some sexy panties or a slip like gudgirl said. I do agree with the tan factor too. A little bronze goes along way. Also, I have a girlfriend of mine who had a confidence issue with this and what she did was just try and do something physical everyday. Even if it is just 10 mins of minor exercise at home. This boosted her confidence in devoting this time to getting in better physical shape.
One must also remember that diet is 80% of the battle in weightloss. Eating healthy is a huge factor so a clean healthy diet is one that you must be on if you want to try and lose weight. It's a tough battle I know but its about a lifestyle change. Don't try and focus on quickfix diets or fast weightloss because that is the hard weight to keep off. thanks jenny. it just makes me so sad that ppl are having such issues due to media portrayal. sure most of us would like to be a little thinner, taller etc but we just gotta learn to make the most of what we got and love ourselves how we are and others will too.
