I am just curious to how many people have tried this? Is it just for women or do men actually get everything waxed? I am a man that shaves and think it would be cool not to have to deal with the razor in such private parts. Any thoughts. Thanks
Well i am a beauthy therapist and yes i have waxed a man entirely! Although waxing the scrotum is not the easiest task in the world for me or the guy involved! lol
Just to clarify in female waxing terms, a "brazilian" wax is where all but a fine strip of pubic hair is removed. A "hollywood" is when every scrap of hair is waxed off :-)
Gudgurl, thanks for your insight. What is the issue with waxing a guys scrotum? I have had many thoughts about doing this, but i don't know if i would be too shy to let someones hands down there. I would have to have a clear mind ;)
No the professionalism part is easy peasy for me. Whilst i may be sex crazed in my "normal" life (lol), when im working i just see it as any other area that needs to be waxed, much like a leg or an underarm.
The difficulty is the logistics and the length of time it takes to do. The skin is so very loose there and to minimise pain you really need to keep the skin taught, its very tricky, not enough hands even with client participation. Then as its such a delicate area it has to be done in small bits unlike when waxing bikini lines or legs when you can use a big strip all at once. So it takes that much longer to do.
It wont be the most enjoyable experience of your life the first few times but with regular treatments it wil get easier, plus the benefits will outweigh any discomfort you feel :-)
