It's definitely on my bucket list. Just make sure you and your lady are on the same page because double penetration covers several possible combinations:
1. Oral/Vaginal
2. Vaginal/Anal
3. Oral/Anal
4. Two vaginally
5. Two orally
6. Two anally
So if she wants two cocks make sure she doesn't want one in the vagina and one in the mouth before going to her anus. If it's your cock and a toy make sure she doesn't want the toy in her vagina and your cock in her mouth. Otherwise you could end up with a sore (physically and figuratively) lover.
Also, be careful with 4 and 6 if that's what she wants. Those are VERY risky.

This is one of them questions that I would say depends on how strong of a relationship you have. If you really like her then you and a toy. If its just a girlfriend then share her with another man.
