Hey Nina, don't feel down about this, try to turn it into a positive thing. I know that's going to sound stupid to you. Instead of missing him terribly and feeling sad everytime he pops into your head, feel really happy. Feel happy that you had the chance to be with him, feel happy that while you were together he made you happy and feel happy that you shared a special thing with him before anyone else.

Nina: I had the same situation with a gf long time ago. We broke up eventually. She was my first. Still can't forget her to this day (9.5 years later!). But I try to remember the positive she brought to my life. :-)
that is not at all an uncommon problem. especially with firsttimers. but don't worry, life will go on eventually. and if he dumped you like that, he probably wasn't the guy you took him for. just do something that distracts you, something you never did with him.
and one more piece of advice: I honestly think you are a bit young to be hanging around on this site and I hope to god that that is not your real name!!! if it is, change it!
