Hi, i am 22 male, i have herd that foreskin goes back when erect but i have never experienced my foreskin going back when it is erect.
If i try to manually pull back my foreskin, it results in tremendous discomfort.
Is it fine?
The foreskin is attach to the glans when your born and then it slowly starts to loosen up and detach but in some cases it either got forcefully pulled back when you were a baby and it caused adhesions or the foreskin just happens to be really tight. Each day you need to try to slowly pull it back if that doesn't work you may have to see a doctor and they can prescribe a steroid cream that will loosen up the skin.
The foreskin should pull back, and if it hurts that badly when you pull it back, you may want to see a doctor. Think of your foreskin as a sleeve around your dick. It stays the same size whether you're hard or soft. When your dick is soft, the foreskin scrunches up like a sleeve would when you push it up your arm. When your dick is hard, that "sleeve" stretches with the additional length. If yours does not stretch enough to expose the head, I'm not sure what the problem would be...no foreskin expert here :) Still, pain in the junk area is usually a sign you need to seek professional help. I'd talk to a doctor about that to make sure everything is alright.
