Uncicurmcised penises are more sensitive, but it doesn't change you basic technique. as for the extra skin: pulling it back works fine and he will like it unless it is too tight (in which case he needs a circumcision). you can simply pull the entire foreskin back by grabbing it behind the tip (the mushroom part) and pull it bck like during a hand job.
also, it can be a lot of fun if he shows you what he likes and vice versa. Don't worry too much, when it comes to "playing" with their member, most guys are happy when you do it at all :D
