my girlfriend is an extremely attractive woman and we enjoy sex very much. but she is terrible at hand jobs. how do i tell her this and how can i get her to be better at it?
Do not flat out tell her she's horrible at it or she will most likely take it personally. Instead communicate to her how you like it and demonstrate it. Maybe even ask her how she likes to be touched and play/explore with each other so that it's fun and she won't feel that the focus is only on her abilities with her hands. Enjoy coaching her and remember practice makes perfect! ;-)

Girls need to be told thats its okay to be rough with it. They're sometimes to gentle.
