thats usually for a doctor to decide. somethings which look and feel like a yeast infection can actually be something like dermatitis. In that area its always better to seek medical advice.
If the person starts complaining about itching down there on a regular basis, she may have an infection. You can't know for sure though without a doctor, like GudGurl said. If you're worried about it, don't get sexually involved with the person until the infection has long passed and get the other person to the doctor's for treatment right away.
