Like someone unattractive? I feel awful about it and how do I feel better about it? I just keep doing this to myself and this is the third time I've done it.
Heaven has only ever been with her husband, so no regrets on her part I think.
Please provide us with more details of how you get into sexual situations you regret later on. I myself have never been in those situations since I wait a long time before getting to that point in a relationship.

Well usually, I meet guys online. They look really good in their pics but not as good in person. I know this but I still go along with it because I am too shy to say anything or just leave.

You gotta have higher standards hun. Just up and leave if you don't like them (though having standards only for looks is pretty shallow). Or make an excuse about getting a call (call a friend just before you meet him and then have them call you back 10 minutes later and if you don't like him tell him you have an emergcy you have to leave him for because of the call) or go to the bathroom and leave out the back door of whatever place your meeting him.

I've definetly regreting sleeping with someone I didn't want to. (unattractive) But he turned out to be a great guy and I've been dating him for about a year now. On another note, when I first came to college I slept with a few guys that I completly regret now. I look at it like an experience. Because I know some people feel regret later on in life if they didn't have the chance to sleep around and experiment. And that's how you have to look at it. Now learn from it!! Higher your standards and don't be pushed into something you don't want to do. Make up an excuse why you have to leave the date early or why you can't go home with him.
As Andy says, only my husband for me. :) No regrets in that regard. Only regret I have with sex is wishing I had learned more about it early on in life, and that I had more time to experiment.
My only regret was wiht my ex wife. howevr i have 3 beautiful kids from it. ubt I regret wiht my ex wife. then again she s the only one ive been wiht so that would screw me out of sexual experiences as well. darned if I do darned itf I don't.

I guess I put that wrong. The only person I've been wiht was my wife. She is my ex now. Looking back on it I SOOOO regret it wiht her. lol

Sure, but if (she/he/it) is having sex with someone because Sheit is "too shy to say anything or just leave", might we try to discover the real reason? Let's talk about self esteem or need to please or feeling of isolation, wanting to feel beautiful or wanted, or....
Sheit, you are getting something from this if you have done it 3 times. I think you need to make yourself feel awful. Why are you doing that?
Yes have done it once with a rugby player on the rebound from a long relationship. Had a one night stand, once, never ever again! I'm just not programmed that way i guess. I felt really bad after it happened and it fucked with my head for a couple years after.
