since you say 18 and "still" a virgin, one would think that you really want to and that perhaps everyone around you, maybe under pressure from friends or maybe not, is having it. The main thing is to not be too concerned with what's "normal" about when to have sex or not. Just be comfortable with who you are, sexually or otherwise, and it will happen naturally when the time is right. Being pressured can only ruin it, and you'll know when a girl wants to have sex with you, what isnt obvious is the ones who really do like you and dont just have low self esteem and dont know how to express themselves. Sometimes its confusing, but the ones to avoid, especially at this age and in this culture (London), not sure where your from, are the one's that throw themselves all over you with no ideas about who they are and what they want.
Find a girlfriend. Sex is not a game especially if u have no intension in becoming a father. to avoid from getting 'hurt' or the feeling being 'used', make love to your special someone. This way, both parties respect each other.
