The easiest time to make out
The most logical way to not get caught is to make out when they‘re not home. It’s hard to make out when you know they’re going to walk in anytime, so if you catch a few minutes or so when they run to get gas, use it for some face time. Don’t let those precious moments go to waste. Try creating your own moments as well. Play hooky with your girl while your parents are at work, so you can stay home alone and you have the privacy to make out.
The perfect make out location in the house
In spite of the potential surprise walk in, the couch in your front room is the best place to make out. Chances are you’ll be able to hear your parents’ car pulling up your driveway or the garage door opening, so you can quickly get back to “studying”. You should have more than enough time to fix your hair and hide your girlfriend if necessary. This is also more innocent looking than the two of you in your room sprawled out on the bed.
Making yourself look innocent
First and foremost, keep your clothes on. You don’t want your parents walking in on you without your clothes on. It’s awkward, for one, and it’s way harder to explain. You can probably get away with the benefit of the doubt if you have your clothes on, but any sign of skin implies that something dirty is going on. Try to stay as normal looking as possible in the midst of your heated passion.Keeping the damages to a minimum.You’re probably tempted to swipe the contents of your dad’s table to the floor and make out on his study table, but that might not be the best idea. Sure it might be exciting at first, but you’ll have to clean it and put everything back to its original position after making out. The more you have to clean up, the less time you get to make out. Besides, how can you explain why this month’s bills are on the floor if they walk in on you? Just be smart and use the couch.
What if your parents are home though?
Having your parents there does make the situation much more risky, but it’s not impossible. Of course, chances of getting caught are higher, but if you really can’t wait, then the make out may be worth the risk. You’ll want to have some sort of cover story that you can stick to if your parents walk in. A study session is the easiest cover you can use. It will help your cause if you’re really studious in the first place. If you tell your parents that you’re going to study up in your room with a girl and you’ve never studied to save your life, you can expect your parents to barge in anytime. Parents love to hear that their child wants to get educated (even if they don’t realize that he’s more likely getting “schooled” than educated). Pick a perfect time like if you have a big test coming up. It would also help if your girlfriend is known to have straight A’s.
Easing your parents’ suspicion
Never lock your door. Locking your door would mean you’re pleading guilty to doing something bad, indicating that you have something to hide from your parents. That would raise an alarm that you don’t want raised that in this situation. It might seem safer because you’ll have time to fix yourselves when they knock, but how can you explain why the door is locked in the first place?Done correctly, your parents won’t know for sure that you’re making out. Sure, they’ll have their suspicions since they were young once too, but if you’re careful enough , they won’t try to catch you on purpose. Just be smart enough not to get caught.
