How To Make Your Vagina Stronger

Sex Tip

It can be really embarrassing for a woman to admit that she has a loose vagina, but if every woman is honest, we know these things happen over time. This is especially true if you have had children before. If you talk to your doctor, he or she will reassure you that these problems are normal, but it can be a good idea to talk to them about your concerns. There are some things you can do to strengthen your vaginal muscles.

Kegel Exercises

These are pretty well known vaginal exercises. They strengthen the pelvic muscles, which are the muscles that usually stretch during childbirth. This can also potentially lead to stronger orgasms, and they can improve your bladder strength. Improving your bladder strength will help to prevent urine leakage as your grow older. These exercises won’t make your vagina smaller, but they will make it tighter.

Vaginal Cones

These are like dumbbells for your vagina. They are weighted and are about the size of a tampon. After insertion, the woman holds the object in place with her vaginal muscles. This is done twice a day for fifteen minute periods. After you have successfully learned to hold one cone, you move on to the next heaviest cone, and so on.

Electrical Stimulation

With this method, a probe is entered into the vagina. An electrical current then stimulates the pelvic muscle which causes the muscle to contract and relax. These sessions are done between one to four times a day for twenty to thirty minutes at a time. They can happen in a doctor’s office or at your home with your own unit. Generally, a treatment period will last four to six weeks.

Neocontrol

This is the name of a specially designed chair. The chair uses magnetic fields to stimulate the pelvic muscles. These treatments must be administered by a nurse or certified technician. A session usually last about thirty minutes, and a treatment period usually consists of eight weeks. Whatever forms of treatment you choose, you should be aware that they will not make your vagina smaller. All of the aforementioned treatments are designed only to strengthen your vaginal muscles which produce the “tight” effect that men enjoy so much. You should talk to your physician about the potential health risks before you decide to undergo any of these treatments.
