Make The First Move
Stereotypically, men are the ones that are supposed to make the first move. If you break the stereotype and you let him know that you're interested then that is going to make you stand out from the crowd. Men try to act confident but they are more intimidated then they will ever let on, so if you approach a man then you're giving him an ego boost and decreasing the intimidation. In addition, making the first move shows that you're a confident woman, and confidence is sexy.
Keep Eye Contact
If you keep eye contact with him when he's looking at you or talking to you, you're showing him that he is the only one that you're interested in. He will think that you're attentive and a man likes a woman that is interested in him. Also, men are often turned on by pretty eyes, so looking him straight in the eye is also sexy. You might make him feel nervous by holding that gaze but it is the good kind of nervous.
Ask Him Questions
Women have a reputation for talking too much and keeping the spotlight on herself. Men are relieved when a woman is actually interested in finding out about him. Don't ask him about his deepest darkest secrets but ask him about his interests, hobbies, ambitions, etc. When he answers you, show interest by furthering the conversation and not by giving one word answers. You don't have to pretend to be a rocket scientist but you should let him know that you have a mind of your own. Some women have the false impression that men like women that are dumb but they are actually more impressed by a woman with a brain. Don't make him feel stupid by using big words and talking about subjects that he knows absolutely nothing about, but let him know that you're a smart and educated woman.
Be Yourself
Don't try to put on an act to make yourself seem perfect, let him see who you really are. That's not to say that you should share your life story with him but don't be afraid to let him see some of your quarks. Imperfections make a person unique and memorable, and he will appreciate that you are honest about who you are. If you slip or make a silly comment don't roll up into a ball in the corner of the room, laugh it off. You want him to see that you have a sense of humor and that you don't take yourself too seriously.
Ask To See Him Again
Don't be too pushy but let him know that you want to see more of him. Talk about some activity that he just "has to try," or a movie that he "has to see" - and of course volunteer to accompany him.
