Be sure to pay attention to her facial expressions and body movements. Often times a girl may act like she is enjoying having sex but her facial expression may say otherwise. If she looks uncomfortable or her face shows any sign of pain then I would ask her if she is okay. Also, don't go crazy and start fast and hard penetration.
