"Normal" doesn't exist in sex. Wanting physical pain isn't abnormal though. My husband likes me to choke him...like literally choke him. Generally, I'm a pretty accommodating guy, but I would have a problem hitting a woman like that to "cause real physical harm to her". Plenty of other guys would have no problem with it. I'm not sure I could get there. I was a Mountain Rescue SAR so I know ropes and knots, and would love to tie her up, but hitting like that is very different for me. In school, I would get beat up because I would not hit back, but that's just me.

i totally agree theres no such thing as normal in sex. perhaps you should take a look around a few websites to see that shes not alone in this. im part of a social networking site much like facebook but for ppl with fetishes, its called fetlife.com. if you take a look you'll see there are far more extreme fetishes out there.
