We've never really done a lot of condom shopping around here because my husband just sort of knew what he liked. An easy way to narrow down your options is to determine what size of condom you will need. There are plenty of sizing charts available online that you can look at. Unless you're extra large, you should be able to use almost anything.
When it comes to specifics like brand and color, that is a personal preference. I don't like some condoms because of the spermicide on the outside. I'm usually the one to roll that darn thing on, and I don't like condoms that are so lube-y that I can't get my hands clean. I provide a decent amount of that stuff myself without the need of all that goop on my hands.
You can start with basic condoms and see if they work well for you. If you need somethign spicier, play around with other condoms in the same line as the basic one. In other words, you could start with some Trojan Sensitive condoms and then work up to the Fire and Ice or Ecstasy condoms from the same brand.
