It's Spring Break. I came home from college with my boyfriend. Mom was very generous with us and we were all having a good night. Me and my boyfriend were in my childhood bedroom, which turned us on so much for some reason. So, we're midway into having sex and in walks my Mom. She freaks out and slams the door shut on us. What a way to ruin a moment, huh? The next morning I tried talking to my mother about it but now she's not even speaking to me or my boyfriend. Very awkward week. Even when we left to return to college, my Mom just kissed me good-bye and that was it. This really sucks because me and my Mom normally have a really good relationship. Now, because of one night, that seems to have totally gone out the window. Was it rude of us to have sex in my Mom's house? I didn't think so (It was my bedroom). How can I mend the relationship with my mom after she saw us having sex?

Your mom is freaked out about what she saw. In your mom’s eyes, you are her baby. I am sure she wasn’t expecting to see you in that circumstance. Secondly, has your mom talked about the ‘rules’ when you bring someone home? Even though your mom may know you are a normal, sexually active girl, some parents do not want their children (even grown children) having sex in their homes. Did she say anything to you before you brought your boyfriend home? I would try giving your mom some space, and then talking with her about this. Let her know you are sorry if she feels you disrespected her, and also let her know that you are practicing safe sex. I highly doubt you ruined your relationship with your mom. It may just take a few weeks for things to get back to normal.

She might have seen you as a 100% pure girl wanting until you were married & then to see you before you are married, she might have dissaproved.
Also I'm sure no mom or dad wants to walk in or see their child (even grown up) having sex.
Then is could be, how could you in my house. Think of "Meet the Parents" (Ben Stiller) he wanted to but she didn't because it was her parents house.
